The Challenge

A food-processing floor needed a coordinated resinous flooring installation with careful attention to vulnerable transitions and working details.

The Requirements

The work required a CSP-3 concrete profile, custom drain, cove, and IMP transition details, and a coordinated installation sequence.

The Approach

CNC worked with the owner to develop custom details for problem areas, then handled surface preparation, detail work, and installation as one continuous scope.

The Result

The completed system combines Sika Ucrete SLB+ on the floor with Sika Ucrete RG29 at vertical and curb areas, including custom details at key transitions, drains, floor edges, and cove base.

The Challenge

Heavy equipment traffic, stringent sanitation requirements, and multiple finish types across a 27,000 SF processing facility.

The Requirements

A floor system suited to demanding washdown conditions in the main processing areas, with finishes selected for the appearance and use of offices, hallways, and process mezzanines.

The Approach

CNC installed urethane cement with a decorative color-quartz finish across the main processing areas, flexible MMA color quartz on process mezzanines, and MMA flake systems in offices, hallways, and locker rooms.

The Result

Still performing and looking great 15 years later, with additional expansions and new phases completed over time.

The Challenge

A 50-year-old production floor with extensive historical damage needed to be restored without losing sight of the renovation schedule.

The Requirements

The work required restoring an aging, damaged substrate and delivering a safe, functional, durable floor finish on an aggressive timeline. Limited power, trade coordination, and weather delays left little margin for rework.

The Approach

CNC structurally repaired the substrate, installed non-skid epoxy and urethane-cement finishes, and coordinated the work around the active renovation.

The Result

CNC delivered a finished surface that looks and performs like new, met the aggressive timeline, and became Miter Brands’ preferred flooring contractor.
