When the Floor Has to Perform.

CNC handles surface preparation, repairs, moisture concerns, and resinous flooring installation with one team responsible for the outcome. That means fewer surprises, clearer accountability, and a floor system that performs from project handoff through daily operations.

Systems Matched to the Environment

Every facility has different demands. CNC evaluates traffic, moisture, chemicals, sanitation, temperature, and schedule before recommending a system. We work with proven systems from Sika and Sherwin-Williams.

The Foundation

Prep isn't a line item. It's the job.

Every CNC project starts with proper surface preparation. Prep is where long-term performance is won or lost.

If the slab has issues, they get addressed before installation begins. That makes sure the system performs the way it should.

Shot blasting

Cleans and profiles the slab so the coating can penetrate the surface and mechanically bond.

Diamond grinding

Removes existing coatings, eliminates high spots, and cleans and profiles the slab.

Moisture testing

Measures hidden vapor pressure before it can compromise the system.

Moisture mitigation

Impermeable coatings that block moisture vapor transmission.

Crack and joint repair

Stabilizes weak points, eliminates hazards, and repairs damage caused by heavy traffic or substrate movement.

Substrate restoration

Sloping, overlays, and surface repairs that help the finished floor perform as intended.

The Floor Is Part of the Operation

In demanding facilities, flooring is not a finishing detail. It supports traffic, washdown, chemicals, equipment, and the schedule that keeps the business moving.

Additional Capabilities

Specialty systems for specific demands.

Blue floor coating in a Hexcel industrial facility

ESD / Anti-Static

Static-dissipative flooring for sensitive environments

Aerospace, electronics, and defense facilities where electrostatic discharge must be controlled.

Polished concrete floor at Pointing Dog

Concrete Polishing

Polished concrete for commercial and industrial use

For environments where durability, cleanability, and a professional finish matter—without a coating system.

Repairs

Slab remediation and performance repair

Concrete repair, joint remediation, and overlay systems focused on restoring slab integrity. Designed to address underlying issues—not just cosmetic defects—so the substrate holds up under real conditions.
